摘　　要： 本文通过在贵州民族地区的访谈,重点探讨少数民族"非遗"传承人保护中存在的四个问题:传承人的认定程序可能存在不公平、不透明;传习人的培养困难,传承人"无徒可教";不区分传承人类型的整体保护措施存在极大局限性;传承人文化身份逐渐模糊甚至与乡土社会产生冲突。这些问题都对"非遗"及其传承人保护带来了很大的消极影响,为此,提出相应的完善措施,民族自治地方可以通过地方自治立法将上述措施加以规范化。 On the basis of fieldwork of intangible cultural inheritor in Qiannan and Qiandongnan au- tonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province, there are four kinds of problems in the inheritor＇ s protection of in- tangible cultural heritage of ethnic ： the identification of procedure is not fair; it is difficulty to cultivate in- heriting people; overall protection measures have great limitations because of lacking distinguish the type of inheritor; Inheritor＇ s culture identity is gradually of negative effects on the protection of intangib fuzzy even and local social conflict. These problems have a le heritage and inheritor. In order to solve them, this study is to provide useful reference resources. As national autonomous areas, it may improve inheritor＇ s protection through the local autonomy legislation.
