摘　　要： 汕头大学医学院自2002年开始,以培养"具备国际视野的卓越医生"为目标,进行全方位的教学改革。在借鉴国内外医学教育改革经验的基础上,围绕国际和中国医学教育标准,构建了"以课程整合为基础、以岗位胜任力培养为导向"的全新教学体系,实现基础与临床课程的整合、交叉与渗透;让医学生早期接触临床、多接触临床和反复接触临床。引入国际公认评价标准(USMLE、OSCE、TOSCE等),全面评价学生知识、能力、态度;加强国际交流和营造国际化教育的氛围;努力打造一支高素质教师队伍等进行探索与实践。历经十年,取得明显成效,得到广泛认可。 Since 2002, Shantou University Medical College has implemented curricular reform measures based on the objectives to train out-standing medical graduates with intematioual visions and global competitiveness, the new curricular model is centered on the systerns-hascd in-tegration and development of student professional competencies, realizing the two-way interactions of basic sciences and clinical medicine and allowing students for earlier, more intense, and repeated exposure to clinical practice throughout the cour＇~ of medical education. The authors adopted internationally recognized standards for student performance evaluations in the areas of knowledge, skills and attitudes, such as USM-LE, OSCE and TOSCE etc. Our efforts in nurturing an atmosphere of internationalized medical education through enhanced international collab-orations and faculty development programs have produced desired outcomes.
