摘　　要： 深度城市化是城市化的质变和路径转折。它跳出了城市单纯规模扩张的思维,改变了过去由产业主宰城市的发展路径,反过来把城市发展作为目的和主线来引导产业层次提升和结构调整,转变城市的生产和生活方式,走深度开发、内涵式发展和智能化、生态化生活之路,并以人性化、精细化管理和新型治理方式达成城市的高效运行。近年来,深圳市在空间和资源环境压力下主动转变思路,实行发展路径转折,开始呈现一种新的发展态势。 Deepening of urbanization is a breakthrough and the turning point of urbanization. It changes the thinking of the urban scale expansion alone. Instead of the path in which industry determines city development, it places city development as the purpose to guide the industrial upgrading and structural adjustment. With changing the way of city production and life, it takes the path of deepening development, intensive development, intelligent life and eco life and achieves the high-efficient operation of city by a humanized management, lean management and other new management. In recent years, under the pressure of space and resources and the environment, Shenzhen city changes passively the development thinking, achieves the turning of development path and shows a new trend.
