摘 要: 分析了目前软PLC在实时性方面存在的不足;提出采用基于DSP/BIOS实时内核的嵌入式处理器的软PLC执行系统架构。首先,通过分析软PLC执行系统的架构及工作原理,给出了基于DSP/BIOS的任务调度方案;其次,建立PLC指令的执行函数库,确定PLC执行系统的运行流程;最后,对该PLC执行系统性能进行的测试表明,基于嵌入式处理器的软PLC执行系统能有效地弥补软PLC在实时性及稳定性方面的不足,在自动控制方面具有相当大的发展潜力。 In this paper, the shortcoming of the Soft-PLC is analyzed, and the development of Soft-PLC execution system based on DSP/BIOS real-time system kernel running in embedded processor is put forward. Through the analysis of the architecture and operational principles of the Soft-PLC, the task scheduling program based on DSP/BIOS is given. Then, the PLC instruction execution library is established and running processes of Soft-PLC execution system is determined. Finally, the performance of the Soft-PLC execution system tests shows that Soft-PLC execution system based on embedded processor can effectively compensate for the shortcoming of soft PLC in real-time and stability, and has considerable development potential in the area of automatic control.
