摘　　要： 职工教育在建国以来从起步走向了蓬勃发展,在国家经济建设、社会发展中发挥了重要的作用,积累了丰富的经验。展望未来,职工教育规模将进一步扩大、教育形式多样化、更加合作与开放、学习变得更主动。 Starting from 1949, when the People’s Republic of China (PRC) was founded, in-service employees educa-tion has been thriving and playing a significant role in the national economic and social development, and a wealth of experi-ence has been accumulated. In future, this education is expected to be expanded in size, diversified in approaches, taking more initiative, and getting more cooperative and opener.
