摘　　要： 介绍了3款采用意大利RISE移圈袜机编织的连脚有跟裤袜、九分裤裤袜与连脚无跟连体裤袜的设计方法与生产工艺,分析了每款移圈袜的款式特征,并绘制出每款袜子的移圈花型意匠图,对生产工艺中的花型图与纱嘴排法、花型模拟编译图、各部段模板及上机工艺单进行了详细阐述。移圈袜的凹凸与孔眼效应使其花纹具有较强的立体感,再结合颜色与不同的款式赋予了袜子各种不同的风格特征。 This article describes the design method and production process of three loop transfer stockings （with and with no heal stocking and pantyhose） produced on Italian RISE loop transfer hosiery machine. Fashion characteristics of the three loop transfer stockings are detailed with loop transfer pattern notations given. Pattern map, feeder line method, pattern simulation on the compilation, template section making and knitting process parameters are detailed. Three-dimensional sense caused by relief and eyelet effects plus the change of colors and styles gives the loop transfer stockings different style characteristics.
