摘 要: 结构动应力分布的确定对结构疲劳强度评估和可靠性设计有重要意义,通常采用的动应力理论分布假设有威布尔分布、对数正态分布和截尾正态分布。实际计算表明,单一地利用以上任意一种分布都很难实现对实测一维动应力谱的有效拟合,根据实测轨道车辆动应力特征,利用数据统计处理方法,提出一种新的分布及其拟合方法,即对数正态分布和威布尔分布的组合分布,该种分布能够准确地描述动应力分布,对轨道车辆疲劳寿命估计有重大意义。 Distribution of stress is important for fatigue evaluation and reliability design. Generally, Weibull distribution, Logarithmic normal distribution and truncated Gaussian distributions are used as stress distribution theory hypothesis. Practical calculation shows that it's difficult to fit distribution of measured dynamic stress effectively with any of these distributions separately. Based on the characteristics of railway vehicle dynamic stress, a new distribution and a way for its fitting with statistics methods are presented. The distribution can fit dynamic stress distribution accurately. It has great significance for the fatigue life estimation of railway vehicles.
