摘　　要： 突破传统培养模式,重组教育资源,实施切合学生创新创业素质需求的育人文化与机制,给予大学生个性化发展的平台,是高职院校依靠特色鲜明的校园文化优化大学生知识结构,凸显创新创业素质培养,服务经济建设与社会发展的一项重要工作。 In trying to optimize students ＇ knowledge structure, highlight cultivation of students ＇ innovation and entrepreneurialism and do good service to the country＇s economic construction and social development, higher vocational colleges should break through tradition and reorganize resources to construct distinct campus culture and mechanism that can help nurture student＇ s entrepreneurial traits.
