摘　　要： 鸟击灾害严重影响着航空器飞行安全,如何有效防治鸟击航空器是我国航空运输所面临的重大课题之一。面对我国鸟害防治实践所面临的各种问题,提出"鸟害综合治理"的指导思想,试图通过建立一个全面有效的鸟防体系来解决当前困境,从而大幅提升鸟击防灾水平,减控鸟害的发生。 Birdstrike disasters severely affect the aircraft flight safety. How to prevent birdstrike aircraft is a major topic of air transportation in China. In view of a variety of problems in bird disasters control prac- tice, the article puts forward ＂Bird disasters integrated prevention and control＂ for the guiding ideology, and attempts to establish a comprehensive and effective control system to solve the current dilemma, so as to greatly enhance the level of bird strike prevention, reduce and control the occurrence of hirct cti^tor~
