摘 要: 探讨相同传热面积,不同长径比的两台管壳式油冷却器,对其传热及综合性能进行了实验研究。结果表明:长径比为2.9的油冷却器的热交换量仅为长径比为6.6油冷却器的48.9%,壳程压降较长径比为6.6的油冷却器平均降低41.9%。这说明,对于管壳式油冷却器,在一定的油流量范围内,长径比越大,换热效果越好,同时壳程压力降也随之增大。当油流量在200 L/min内,大长径比的油冷却器的综合性能要优于小长径比油冷却器。但是,随着油流量的不断增大,大长径比油冷却器的流动阻力要远大于小长径比的油冷却器,其综合性能不及长径比小的油冷却器。 The heat transfer and comprehensive performance of two oil coolers with same heat transfer area and different ratio of length to diameter were experimentally studied. The results indicated that the heat quantity of oil cooler with the length to diameter radio of 2.9 is only 48.9% of that with the length to diameter radio of 6.6. But the pressure drop in shell side reduces about 41.9%. It showed that for the shell-and-tube oil cooler, the larger length to diameter radio, the better heat exchange efficiency and the bigger the pressure drop of shell side in a certain oil flow. In the 200 L/min of oil flow, the comprehensive performance of oil cooler with a big length to diameter ratio is better than that with a small length to diameter ratio. However, with the increase of oil flow, the flow resistance of oil cooler with a big length to diameter ratio is much larger than that with a small length to diameter ratio, which leads to reduction of comprehensive performance.
