利用溶菌酶实现SBR系统剩余污泥减量的研究

摘  要: 为减少SBR系统中剩余污泥的产生量,将溶菌酶作为溶胞剂对SBR系统中的污泥进行水解溶胞。连续50 d运行结果表明,与未添加溶菌酶的对照系统相比,溶菌酶作用下的SBR系统中剩余污泥减量达76.29%;出水COD与NH4+-N的平均质量浓度与对照系统基本持平;50 d内溶菌酶作用下的SBR系统与对照系统的污泥平均蛋白酶活性分别为0.5U/mgMLSS与0.41 U/mgMLSS。研究表明,溶菌酶作用下的SBR系统对有机污染物具有更强的降解能力。 In the present paper, we would like to introduce a new way to reduce the excessive sludge by using ]ysozyme in the activated sludge treatment. Our experimental results prove that the lysozyme reaction should be taken as a novel technique to minimize the amount of excess sludge in the sequential batch reactor (SBR). The actual process of the excessive sludge treating is that, first of all, the exces- sive sludge was taken from a SBR system, and then it was treated by lysozyme reaction and next let it return to the reactor. Since the bac- terial cell wall can be effectively hydrolyzed by lysozyme, it can thus be said that it is potentially offering a new approach to reducing the excessive sludge by using lysozyme in the sludge processing. At this point, we have analyzed the quality of the effluent water and the ef- fectiveness of the sludge reduction in the SBR in hoping to determine the effectiveness of the reduction process. The experimental results prove that lysozyme can be used to reduce the production of excessive sludge by 76.29 % in the SBR system with lysozyme in the period of a 50-day operation under the comparative and contrast observation in a reference to SBR with no need to add more lysozyme. The average mass concentrations of the effluent chemical oxygen demand and NH4- N in the SBR with lysozyme added were almost the same as that in the reference system, which were 53.35 mg/L and 3.71 mg/L respectively. But the average TP removal rate on was decreased by 17.2% in the system added by lysozyme. Moreover, it can be found that when it was treated with lysozyme, the average protease activity tends to be 0.5 U/mg MISS in the SBR system in the pres- ence of lysozyme in the period of 50-day operation. Clearly, it can be thought of well-improved by 0.09 U/mg MISS in comparison with that of the reference system. On the other hand, the average ATP value reached 13.72 amol/mg MISS, which means a great improve- ment by 3.12 nmol/mg MISS as compared with that of the reference system. The increase of protease
