摘 要: 整合资源基础观与制度理论的相关研究成果,通过对联盟伙伴资源互补性与活动协作性的前因(区域间制度距离)、后果(战略联盟的价值创造)的深度挖掘,揭示了跨区域战略联盟成员所属区域间制度距离与联盟绩效之间的内在关系。研究认为:跨区域战略联盟资源互补收益与成员所属区域间制度距离呈倒U型关系;跨区域战略联盟活动协作成本与成员所属区域间制度距离正向相关,且边际活动协作成本递增;跨区域战略联盟绩效与区域间制度距离呈倒U型关系。 By combining RBV and IBV, this study discusses about the complementary resource and collaborative activities of cross-regional alliance members. Based on this deep discussion, we attempt to discover the inner rela- tion between the regional institutional distance and the cross-regional strategic performance. The study argues that (1) the complementary benefit of the alliance has an inverse U relationship with the cross-regional institutional dis- tance, (2) the collaborative cost of the alliance and the marginal cost are both positively related with the cross-re- gional institutional distance, (3) the alliance performance also has an inverse relationship with the cross-regional in- stitutional distance.
