摘 要: 采用DEA模型的Malmquist指数法,测算了我国区域大中型工业企业的研发创新全要素生产率及其分解的技术效率和技术进步,分析了研发创新全要素生产率增长的时序演进及地区差异的基本特征,并运用面板数据模型对技术来源的四种渠道与研发创新全要素生产率增长的关系进行了检验。研究结果表明:2001—2010年间,中国大中型工业企业研发创新全要素生产率出现了一定的增长,主要动力为技术进步;企业的自主研发活动、国外技术引进及外商直接投资企业研发活动对研发创新全要素生产率有着显著的促进作用,而国内技术购买的促进作用并不显著;相比较而言,国外技术引进对研发创新全要素生产率的贡献最大。 Taking panel data of Chinese provincial regions' big medium-sized industrial enterprises as sample, based on Malmquist index and DEA model, this paper evaluates the dynamic changes in technological innovation efficiency of 30 provincial regions' big medium-sized industrial enterprises from 2001 to 2010. It uses panel data model to test the relationship of 4 technology channels and industrial R&D innovation productivity growth. The re- suits show that: China's large and medium-sized industrial enterprises R&D innovation productivity has a certain growth, and the main driving force is technological progress; ERD, FTI and FRD have a significant role in pro- moting R&D innovation productivity, but DTP is not significant; in comparison, the FTI has the largest contribu- tion on R&D innovation productivity.
