摘 要: 以总花青素含量为指标,比较两种大孔吸附树脂对蓝莓果花青素的纯化效果,分别通过小鼠受热致痛法和二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法研究蓝莓花青素的镇痛和抗炎作用效果。经Amberlite XAD-7树脂纯化后总花青素含量接近50%,经D101树脂纯化后总花青素含量也可达到35%;并且实验证实纯化后花青素可提高小鼠痛阈、抑制耳廓肿胀,具有明显的镇痛和抗炎作用。 The total content of anthocyanins was used to compare the purification between two kinds of macro porous resins.The analgesic effect was observed by heat test and the anti-inflammatory effect was studied by the method of xylene-induced ear edema in mice.This paper turned out that the total concent of anthocyanins closed to 50% was purified by resin Amberlite XAD-7, and nearly to 35% achieved by D101 resin. In addition, the test proved purified anthocyanidins may raise the pain threshold and restrain the inflammation by xylene, anthocyanidins may have excellent analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.
