摘　　要： 在分析了聋人生理和心理的特殊性的基础上论述了聋人高等职业技术教育的定位 ,提出了聋人高等职业技术教育的培养目标和实现目标应注意的几个问题 . On the base of analyzing the particularity of deaf people's psychology and philosophy,the paper will discuss the orientation of vocational higher education for the deaf.The paper will also raise the goal of vocational higher education for the deaf and talks about several questions that may be asked when achieving the goal.
