摘　　要： 当前，农业高职教育生源减少及学农不务农的趋势不仅影响着农业高职教育的发展，也影响我国农业的可持续发展。农业高职教育生源困境是农业、就业、教育等多个领域多种因素长期作用的结果。农业和高职教育这二个既重要又相对弱势的领域，既需要政府的有力扶持，也需要农业高职院校找准定位，提高自身实力和社会服务水平，赢得社会认可。 At present time, the tendency that students pool of high vocauonal education of shrinking and most agriculture majored graduates work in nongriculture fields is having influence on either the development of high vocational education of agriculture or the sustainable development of China＇ s agriculture. The Dilemma is Action results of agriculture and employment and education. As very im portant but weak prospects, agriculture and high vocational education need powerful support from the government. In the meantime, agricultural vocational college needs to gain acknowledgment from the society by locating its developing position right, improving its strength and the ability of giving service to the society.
