护理综合训练在本科《内科护理学》教学中的应用效果

摘  要: 目的通过在本科《内科护理学》教学中开展护理综合训练,探讨提高护生临床护理综合能力的教学方法及效果。方法选择2009级护理本科生2个班为研究对象,1班48名为对照组,2班49名为实验组。对照组采用传统的纯理论教学方法,实验组则在每个系统理论教学后增加了护理综合性训练的实验教学。在课程结束后,分别对两组护生进行理论考核、实验技能考核和综合能力评价。结果实验组护生成绩明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论护理综合训练可调动护生自主学习的积极性、提高护生理论联系实际的能力、提高护生的综合能力,并有利于促进教师的自身发展。 Objective To explore the teaching methods and effects of improving nursing students'comprehensive abilities of clinical nursing through carrying out nursing comprehensive training in the teaching of medicine nursing course. Methods Two classes in grade 2009 were selected and divided into control group with 48 students and experimental group with 49 students. The students in the control group received the teaching method of traditional pure theory teaching methods; and those in the experimental group received the teaching method of comprehensive training after the theoretical teaching of each system. After ending of the course, each class was tested in theory, experimental nursing skills, and comprehensive ability. Results The effects of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusions Nursing comprehensive training can stimulate the students' autonomous learning enthusiasm, improve the students' a- bilities of integrating theory with practice, improve the students' comprehensive abilities and promote the teachers'development.
