摘 要: 采用溶液聚合的方法,合成了蔗渣纤维(SCB)与聚丙烯酸(PAA)的接枝共聚物(SCB-g-PAA);通过FT-IR、DSC、TG、SEM、XRD对接枝共聚产物进行表征,并研究了接枝共聚产物对去离子水、自来水和0.9%NaCl溶液的吸液性能和保液性能。结果表明,聚合产物结构表征表明蔗渣纤维与丙烯酸确实发生了接枝反应;蔗渣纤维丙烯酸接枝共聚物对去离子水、自来水和0.9%NaCl溶液的吸收倍率分别为673g.g-1、288g.g-1、59g.g-1;接枝共聚产物在常温条件下对自来水具有良好的保水性能。 Superabsorbent polymer was obtained by graft copolymerization of sugarcane bagasse fiber and acrylic acid in solution enviromnent. The graft copolymer were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry thermogravimetry, scanning dectron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. On the basis of structure char- acterization for the copolymer, the reaction steps of graft copolymerization were proposed. The result of absorption capacity for deionized water,tap water and 0. 9%NaCl solution were 673g·g^-1 ,288 g·g^-1,59 g·g^-1 ,resprctively. In addition , the graft copolymer shown a significant water retention.
