摘 要: 建立了银杏叶黄酮类成分槲皮素的薄层层析测定方法 分析条件 :硅胶GF2 54 薄层 ,展开剂为苯 -醋酸乙酯 -丙酮 -甲酸 (10∶8∶2∶1,体积比 ) ,无水乙醇作解吸溶剂 ,吸光度检测波长 36 0nm .结果表明 :该法精确。 A method by thin layer chromatography ultraviolet detection(TLC UV) for the separation and determination of quercetin in Ginkgo biloba L. leaves was described. Benzene ethyl acetate acetone fomic acid (10∶8∶2∶1,V/V) was used as developing solvent on a silica GF 254 .Quercetin was desorbed from silica GF 254 by anhydrous ethanol.The detection wavelength was 360 nm.The linear range and the detectable limit of the method were 10~60 μg and 5μg per spot of quercetin respectively.The results showed that the method was accurate and sensitive.
