摘 要: 针对马铃薯在收获过程中的碰撞损伤问题,本试验设计了马铃薯在摆动分离筛上的动力学测试试验台,分别进行了室内试验和田间试验。通过将无线三维加速度传感器置入马铃薯内部,采集了两种典型薯形的马铃薯在不同筛分速度的三维加速度信号,获得马铃薯在筛面上的碰撞强度。本试验研究为马铃薯动力学分析提供了一种新的方法,同时为马铃薯收获、分选等机械化生产设备的设计和优化提供一定的参考。 Against the issues that damage to potato tubers during harvesting,the experiment designs the dynamics testing bench of potatoes.To obtain the impact value,the wireless three-dimensional sensors were put into the potatoes to get the acceleration signals under the conditions of different swing separation rates.This research as an original method to analyze dynamics of potato also provides a certain reference for the design and optimization of potato mechanical production equipments such as potato harvester and separater.
