摘 要: 基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,针对滚动轴承弹性接触的力学问题,以深沟球轴承6206为例,计算并分析在一定载荷条件下滚动轴承的力学特性及其运动状态。结果表明,有限单元法能够求解复杂的轴承动力学问题并具有较高的精度,为进一步研究滚动轴承弹性接触问题奠定了基础。 Based on the FEM software of ANSYS/LS-DYNA, in connection with the issue of elastic contact dynamics of rolling bearing, the mechanical properties and motions of rolling bearing 6206 are calculated and analyzed under certain condition. The obtained results show that the present finite element method is very efficient and reliable in solving complicated rolling bearing dynamics issues, and it will become a useful means for the further work on rolling bearing contact problem.
