摘 要: 在对介质阻挡放电电路(DBD电路)负载特点进行分析归纳的基础上,综述了国内外在DBD负载特性与驱动电路上的研究现状,重点讨论了目前用于研究DBD负载特性的五类方法优缺点,对比分析了现阶段用于DBD型负载驱动的三大类拓扑结构的特性和不足。最后,结合DBD负载特殊性,提出了提升DBD型负载的放电效率和提高DBD系统性能的研究方法。 Based on analyzing and summarizing the characteristics of dielectric barrier discharge circuit (DBD circuit), the comprehensive description of researching progress in DBD load characteristics and driver were achieved. The advantages and disadvantages of the five research methods for analyzing DBD load characteristics were discussed. The characteristics and shortcomings of three categories driver topology for DBD load were studied. Finally, according to the particularity of DBD load, the research methods of enhancing the DBD load discharge efficiency and improving the DBD system performance were discussed.
