摘 要: 将混合动力技术应用于液压挖掘机工作装置液压系统,以ISG发电电动一体机和超级电容为辅助动力核心部件,设计了液压挖掘机柴油机辅助动力系统和转台电动回转系统;以能量回收为目标,改进了工作装置液压驱动系统和动臂油缸-液压马达能量回收系统,实现了对动臂油缸重力势能和转台惯性动能的回收利用。仿真结果表明:采用该设计方案降低了发动机装机功率及油耗,可以节约能源、减少排放污染。 Hybrid technology was applied in the excavator hydraulic system. Diesel auxiliary power systems and turret electric ro- tary system of hydraulic excavator were designed with ISG power generation electric machine and super capacitor auxiliary power core components. In order to realize energy recovery, the working hydraulic drive system and the boom cylinder-energy recovery system of hydraulic motor were improved. Energy recycling of the boom cylinder gravitational potential energy and turntable inertial kinetic ener- gy was realized. The simulation result shows that adopting the design, the engine installed power and fuel consumption are reduced, energy is saved and emissions pollution is reduced.
