摘 要: 基于塑性力学理论研究了泡沫金属材料的有限元模型,在此基础上利用ABAQUS软件对泡沫铝三明治板弯曲成形过程进行了有限元数值模拟,并分析了泡沫铝三明治板的冲压成形缺陷,数值模拟结果和实验结果保持了良好的一致性。研究成果为泡沫铝三明治板冲压成形缺陷的控制提供了有效的数值模拟方法。 The article studies the finite element model of metal foams by plastic mechanics theory, and does the finite ele- ment numerical simulation of bending process of foam aluminum sandwich(AFS) panels by ABAQUS software. The forming defects of AFS panels stamping was analyzed by finite element numerical simulation, numerical simulation results and experimental results maintain good consistency. The research results provide a numerical simulation method for the stamping forming defects control of AFS panels.
