摘　　要： 本文建立了攀西地区水资源管理的动态模型 ,对攀西地区水资源与可持续发展的关系进行了探讨 ,分析了制约攀西地区可持续发展的重要原因系统地论述了攀西地区水资源满足可持续发展的途径和指导思想 ,走自然与人类和谐协调发展之路。 This paper formulates a dynamical model of water resource management in Pan-Xi region, explores the relationship between water resource and sustainable development, and discusses the causes of the bottleneck for sustainable development of Pan-Xiregion Then analyzes the way and instruction of water resources for sustainable development in Pan-Xi region, namely. follows the harmonious development between human and nature
