摘　　要： "生物化学与分子生物学"课程群作为生命科学各学科基础的实验学科,也是生命科学的最前沿和发展速度最快的学科。其实验技能的训练不仅会直接影响学生对相关课程的理解和学习,还会进一步影响学生科学的思维过程以及分析问题和解决问题的能力。通过对生物化学、分子生物学及基因工程等实验教学内容体系的重组、教学手段与实验考核方式的改革,结合教师的科研情况、学科前沿动态对学生创新能力的培养进行了应用型本科院校"生物化学与分子生物学"课程群实验教学改革尝试,取得良好效果,为同类课程改革提供了参考。 Biochemistry and molecular biology course group is the basic experiment and forefront course in life science. The experimental skill training can not only influence the students on related curriculum understanding and learning, but also further influence the students＇ scientific thinking process and the ability to analyze and solve problems. By reconstruction of experiment content system of the biochemistry and molecular biology course group, as well as reform of teaching means and examination, combined with teachers＇ scientific research and the dynamic frontier, the experimental teaching teform of biochemistry and molecular biology course group in application-oriented college for cultivation of students＇ innovative ability has been carried out, which gets good result, providing a reference for similar course reform.
