摘　　要： 通过对比研究铁基金钢石圆锯刀头的表面形貌、磨损状况、金刚石周边成分的能谱分析，揭示其关键成分──金刚石的组成、铁粉的粒度、强碳化物元素对锯片锯切性能的影响，为提高锯片的性能价格比提供简易可行的参考依据。 Spectrum analyses are made on the morphology, wear and adjacent components aronnd diamond grits of iron-based diamond segment. Infuence of the key factors such as diamond grit distribution, grit size of iron powder and strong carbonite elements upon the cutting performance are studied. The results show that, little proportion of finer diamonds, finer iron grit and Ti contribute to improve the performance of saw blade.
