摘 要: 为了解决食品生产过程中进料器的物料架桥与挂壁问题,传统的料仓采用置于料仓内部的搅拌轴、螺带、弹簧杆,以及置于料仓出料口的水平和垂直往返运动防架桥装置等设计,但都未能改变料仓中存在斜面支撑的问题,这是物料产生架桥与挂壁的根本原因。该设计改进了长方体料仓防架桥装置,彻底改变传统料仓中存在倾斜面的结构,使物料在料仓中不易产生架桥。该装置在实际运用中具有加料方便、进料流畅、稳定均匀等特点。 The methods of mixer shaft, tape helix, spring steelbar Anti-Bridging-Type devices that installed in the hopper, and horizon- tal and vertical reciprocating motion Anti-Bridging-Type devices that installed near the outlet of the hopper were used to avoid material bridging in the processing of food. But the hopper had not changed the structure that there was inclined plane in them. It was the cause of material bridging that the inclined plane sustain the material. An improved cuboid hopper was applied in Anti-Bridging-Type feeding device. There' s not inclined plane in the hopper so the material could not easily to bridge in it. The feeder was convenient, smooth, stable and uniform in the practical application.
