摘 要: 互联网的发展极大地改变了旅游企业的商业模式,文章在定义互联网旅游企业商业模式并分析其运作过程的基础上指出互联网旅游企业商业模式要素主要由旅游价值主张、旅游价值链、旅游营销、旅游服务管理和旅游企业盈利模式构成,并以携程为例从以上五个方面分析了其商业模式。 With the development of internet the business model of the tourism enterprise has changed a lot. Based on defining the business model and analysis of the operation of the internet-based tourism enterprise, this paper point out it's business model elements are tourism value proposition, tourism value chain, tourism marketing, tourism service management and tourism enterprise profit model, and then ctrip has been taking as the case to analysis it's business model.
