摘 要: 研究了Q2 35、45、T1 0钢真空渗铝层的组织结构、渗层生长动力学、渗铝温度对渗层厚度的影响、钢的含碳量对渗铝层厚度的影响 ,并测定了渗层铝浓度分布以及显微硬度分布。结果表明真空渗铝可获得良好的渗层。 It was investigated that structures of the vacuum aluminizing layers of Q235,45 and T10 steels and the growth dynamic of the aluminizing layer in this paper.The influences of the aluminizing temperature and carbon content of steels on aluminizing layer were analyzed.The distributions of aluminum concentration and microhardness over the aluminizing layer were determined.Experimental results showed that the vacuum aluminizing layer is excellent.It was investigated that structures of the vacuum aluminizing layers of Q235,45 and T10 steels and the growth dynamic of the aluminizing layer in this paper.The influences of the aluminizing temperature and carbon content of steels on aluminizing layer were analyzed.The distributions of aluminum concentration and microhardness over the aluminizing layer were determined.Experimental results showed that the vacuum aluminizing layer is excellent.
