摘　　要： 全面介绍了利用计算机对12Cr1MoV钢金相图像处理的相关方法。同时,阐述了金相图像的获取,采用直方图均衡化的方法对图像进行了增强,使用中值滤波器对图像进行了降噪处理,分析了小波算法的降噪机理,并使用小波进行了降噪处理,将空间域滤波和频域滤波的效果进行了比较,利用数学形态学的方法对图像效果进行改善,使得珠光体的轮廓变得平滑、清晰。使用Sobel算子、LoG算子进行珠光体的边缘提取,利用LoG算子对目标物的边缘检测取得了比较满意的效果,研究表明数字图像处理技术使用在金相分析中,具有速度快、准确性高等特点。 This paper introduces the relevent methods of 121crlmov steel＇s metallography image controled by computer,, elaborates the acquisition of metallography image, and adopt the methods of histogram equalization to enhance Image. It makes use of median filter to reducce noise towards image, analyze the noise reduction mechanism of the wavelet algorith- sm as well as reduce the noise by utilizing wavelet. It compares spatial filtering and frequency domain filtering and im- prove the image by mathmatical morphology so as to make the pearlite become smooth and clear. The edge of pearlite is extracted by sobel operater and log operator and the detaction of edge towards objective has yielded satisfactory results. Research shows that digital image processing technology applied in metallographic analysis is characterized by high speed and accuracy.
