摘 要: 采用三因素二次回归正交旋转组合试验设计的方法,建立了试验因素与指标间影响关系的数学模型,利用多目标非线性优化方法确定球磨机超微粉碎银杏叶最佳工艺参数为:公转转速484 r/min、球料比8.5、球磨时间1.2h,在此工艺参数下试验粉碎效果最优。其结果与理论值基本一致,试验所得数学模型可靠。 An orthog onal experimental design with three factors at two levels was adopted to set up a mathematical model describing effects of selected parameters on experiment criterion. The optimal technological parameters for ginkgo biloba pulverizing with planetary ball mill were determined through multi-objective no-linear optimization method, with grinding drum rotation speed 484r/rain, ratio of ball to ginkgo biloba 8.5 ,grinding timel. 2h. With which the effect of ginkgo bi- loba superfine grinding was best. the result perfectly match the theoretical values, that prove the reliability of the numeri- cal model.
