摘 要: 本实验探讨了羧基改性剂对PAE树脂的改性方式、改性剂用量,并研究了改性PAE树脂的应用效果。结果显示,羧基改性剂可以对PAE树脂进行改性,改性后不仅降低了PAE树脂的生产成本,还提高了PAE树脂的增干强效果。实验结果显示,与未改性PAE树脂相比,当使用末端改性PAE树脂(用量为1%)时纸张干抗张指数提高了23.51%,增加幅度明显高于湿抗张指数,其他性能指标也相应得到改善。 The experiment mainly researched on the modified method of PAE resin with carboxyl modifier, discussed the dosage of modifier, and studied the application of the modified PAE resin. The result showed that compared to conventional PAE resin, when the dosage of modified PAE resin is 1%, the dry tensile strength increases by 23.51%, which is much more significantly than the wet tensile strength, and other performance index is also accordingly improved too.
