长芳纶纤维增强抗冲共聚聚丙烯复合材料的研究

摘  要: 以抗冲共聚聚丙烯为基体,通过熔融浸渍拉挤工艺和密炼工艺制备长芳纶纤维增强抗冲共聚聚丙烯复合材料。研究了不同加工工艺、长芳纶纤维用量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,长芳纶纤维的加入可以明显提高复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、维卡软化温度及硬度,但韧性降低。熔融浸渍拉挤工艺制备的复合材料的性能明显优于密炼工艺制备的复合材料的性能。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析结果表明,长芳纶纤维与抗冲共聚聚丙烯基体的相容性很差。动态力学行为表明,长芳纶纤维的加入使复合材料的抗形变能力显著增加。实验证明,使用长芳纶纤维进行增强,可以使复合材料的性能有较大提高,但其界面相容性有待改进。 The impact polypropylene copolymer was used as matrix, the long aramid fiber reinforced impact polypropylene copolymer composites were prepared by two methods : melt dipping pultrusion process by an extruder and mixing by a mixer. The influences of different preparation methods and different aramid fiber contents on properties of composites were studied. The results show that the tensile and flexural strengths, Vicat softening temperature and hardness of the composites increase obviously with the addition of the aramid fiber, but the toughness decreases. The properties of composites prepared through melt dipping pultrusion process are evidently better than that of mixing by a mixer. Scanning electron microscope(SEM) results show the compatibility between the aramid fiber and matrix is very poor. The results of dynamic mechanical behavior of long aramid fiber reinforced impact polypropylene copolymer composites show that the composite deformation resistance increases evidently with the addition of aramid fiber. The experiment results prove that long aramid fiber can largely improve the properties of composites, but the interfacial compatibility need to be imoroved.
