膨胀管封堵调层技术新进展

摘  要: 针对膨胀管技术应用过程中出现的膨胀压力过高、胀后通径过小、复杂井况适应性差等问题开展相关技术研究,研制出薄壁大通径膨胀管技术、胀捞一体化膨胀管技术及膨胀管修复大斜度套损井技术。现场试验表明:膨胀管胀后通径≥114mm,提高了后续下入工具尺寸系列,同时不影响泵挂深度,膨胀压力≤19MPa,进一步降低施工风险;膨胀管胀捞一体化技术降低了施工过程对油田设备要求,提高施工效率,对井底不造成污染;大斜度膨胀管修复技术能够在50°/100m斜率条件下顺利完成膨胀,满足油田斜井、分支井等特殊井况套损补贴要求。 The solid expandable tubular played an important role in the separation and improve- ment of reservoir structure during the water-flooding development, problems such as high expan- sion pressure,small wellbore size and weakness in adapting to complex well conditions during the application of the solid expandable tubular occurred, relevant researches were carried out accord- ingly and technologies of expandable tubular aimed at increasing the diameter-after expansion,en- hancing the field operation efficiency and improving the ability in handling complex well condi- tions were developed. Field application showed that:the diameter of wellbore after using tubular surpassed 114 mm,providing convenience for the future operation and posing no problem for the pump depth;the expansion is lower than 19 MPa,reducing the operation risk further,requirement for the oil equipment while using the tubular was diminished and the efficiency was improved, meanwhile no pollution was caused in the well;the new technology allowed the safe operation of the expandable tubular in the place where the build up rate reached 50°/100 m,further cementing its adaptation in the complex environment.
