摘　　要： 由于关系网络有助于国际新创企业克服外来者劣势、新创企业劣势、规模劣势和局外人劣势,因此,在国际创业研究领域,关系网络的重要性日益受到学者们的关注。本文从关系网络的角度出发,在系统梳理相关研究文献的基础上,阐述了国际创业关系网络构建、关系网络影响国际创业的作用机理以及关系网络与国际创业的协同演进等三大热点问题,构建了一个包含前置变量、自变量、中介变量、因变量和调节变量在内的国际创业研究整合框架,并针对现有研究不足对该领域的未来研究提出了具体建议。 In the domain of international entrepreneursmp ~cbca,~,,, importance to relationship networks, because they can help international new ventures to overcome the liabilities of foreignness, newness, scale and outsidership. From the perspective of relationship networks, and on the basis o{ systematic review of the related literature, this paper explicates three hot issues, namely the construction of relationship networks with regard to international entrepre- neurship, the mechanism of the effects of relationship networks on international entrepreneurship, and the co-evolution between relationship networks and international entrepreneurship, constructs an integrated framework of international entrepreneurship research including antecedent variables, inde- pendent variables, mediators, dependent variables and moderators, and advances specific suggestions about future research on this field in view o{ the existing research shortcomings.
