高压直流输电系统孤岛运行调频策略

摘  要: 高压直流输电系统采用送端孤岛运行方式能够显著改善远距离送电系统稳定性和提升送电能力,其中孤岛系统的频率稳定性是决定能否孤岛运行的关键因素之一。结合前期天广、云广直流孤岛调试结果,阐明孤岛方式下优先利用直流系统频率限制器(frequency limitation control,FLC)平衡功率波动、放大机组一次调频死区作为后备措施、优先调整机组功率、利用FLC自动跟随的调频策略。针对孤岛方式下直流双极跳闸后出现的部分机组调相运行的现象,利用电力系统功率扰动的3阶段分配原理解释了产生原因,提出避免机组长时间调相运行的控制策略。现场试验结果验证了所提调频策略的有效性,为未来直流孤岛运行方式安排和控制措施的确定提供了依据。 Islanding operation of high voltage direct current(HVDC) can greatly improve system stability and enhance transfer capability.The frequency stability is one of the key constraints of islanding operation.Based on the on-site commissioning experience of islanding operation of Tian-Guang HVDC and Yun-Guang ultra high voltage direct current(UHVDC),the frequency regulation strategy was summarized.Under islanding operation,frequency limitation control(FLC) was preferred to balance power fluctuations,and the dead zone of primary frequency regulators was enlarged as back-up measures.During load adjustment of the islanding HVDC system,the generators should be adjusted in advance and HVDC automatically followed them by FLC.After the bipolar trip under islanding operation,it was observed that some of the generators turned into condenser operation.Mechanism of this phenomenon was interpreted by the theory of three-stage distribution of power disturbance in power system,and the control strategy to avoid this phenomenon was proposed.The results of on-site commissioning had shown the availability of proposed frequency control strategy,which provide theoretical basis for the schedule and control measures of future islanding operation..
