摘　　要： 基于企业社会资本对技术创新绩效产生异质性效果的分析框架,引入吸收能力调节作用来揭示出现差异的原因及其受制条件。结果表明,企业的社会关系资本对技术创新绩效具有显著的正向影响,纵向关系资本具有显著的负向影响,而横向关系资本则没有显著影响;企业的知识应用能力正向调节纵向关系资本与技术创新绩效之间的关系,扭转了其在不考虑吸收能力时所产生的消极影响的格局。企业要时刻注重对内部管理水平的提升,通过流程的优化来增强知识应用能力。否则,仅仅靠强化与政府的关系只会损害技术创新绩效。 Based on the analytical framework of the heterogeneous effect of corporate social capi- tal on technological innovative performance, this study introduces the moderating effect of absorptive capacity to reveal the reasons and restrains of the differences. The results show that corporate social capital has a significant positive impact on technological innovative performance; the capital of longi- tudinal relationship has a significant negative effect, while the capital of horizontal relationship has not. The knowledge application ability of the enterprises can adjust positively the relationship between the longitudinal relationship capital and the technological innovative performance, turning around the negatively affected situation produced by not considering the absorptive capacity. The enterprises are suggested to constantly lay emphasis on the improvement of their internal management and strengthen their knowledge absorptive capacity through the optimization of processes. Otherwise, Relying on strengthening their ties with the government alone will only bring damages to the technological inno- vative performance.
