摘　　要： 多年来,西双版纳傣族村落旅游与村落保护受到多方面的重视,随着经济的发展和村民生活的改善,许多村落的发展实践显得不尽如人意,但西双版纳州景洪市勐罕镇的傣族园采取"公司加农户"的开发模式后,在旅游和保护之间都取得良好成效。通过对傣族园及其他村落的对比研究,在深入调查的基础上,对其旅游开发与保护历程和措施进行分析,总结其相关经验,并指出适合自身特点且政府、公司、村民及游客四方"共赢"的保护开发模式,为其他村落的保护与开发提供启示。 The current condition of many Dai villages in Xishuangbanna are dissatisfied due to the over economic development. But the case in Menghan town, Jinghong City is quite different because of its unique binary Company and Peasant model. Through the compare between the daizuyuan and the other villages, the paper analyzes policies for tourism and conservation, the combined development model of the government, the company, the villagers and the tourists, to set an example to the others.
