摘　　要： 作为国际技术溢出的一种渠道,对外直接投资的逆向技术溢出效应已引起学者们的关注,但针对发展中国家的深入研究尚不多见。本文基于中国对外直接投资的不同境内地区分布,采用国际研发溢出模型框架,并利用各省市的面板数据分析了各省市对外直接投资获取逆向技术溢出对经济增长所产生的影响。在此基础上,针对三大地区的差异性进行了分组检验。实证结果表明,对外直接投资逆向技术溢出对各省市的经济增长呈现出微弱的正效应,但不及资本和劳动力投入以及各省市自身的研发投入;三大地区对外直接投资逆向技术溢出对地区的经济增长均有正向显著作用,东部地区的影响要大于中西部地区。 The existing research has widely concerned on the reverse technol- ogy spillover effect of OFDI, whereas in-depth studies on this effect in develop- ing countries are infrequent. This paper estimates the foreign R＆D spillovers of different provinces and uses panel data model to examine the inter-provincial reverse technology spillover effect of China＇s OFDI on economic growth. The empirical study shows that China＇s OFDI has significant positive reverse technology spillover effect, but the effect is weaker than that of capital, labor force and R＆D investments. The technology spillover effect of OFDI remains significant positive respectively in China＇s three main regions and is greater in the east than in the central and western part. Accordingly policy suggestion is given in this paper.
