摘　　要： 在确定业绩考核指标权重时,最难把握的是指标彼此间重要性量化的确定。运用层次分析法可比较准确地计算出人民银行业绩考核指标体系中各指标相对于某一目标的权重,能够解决以往凭经验进行权重分配的不科学做法。 It is difficult to determine the importance of quantifying among the indexes in determining the index weight of performance evaluation.We can use the hierarchical analysis to calculate accurately each index relative to a target weight in PBC performance evaluation index system, and improve the practice of weight distribution with experi- ence.
