摘　　要： 针对广东省近年产业结构升级过程中金融结构与产业发展结合的效益评价问题,采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法进行评价研究;根据评价结果,进一步采取粗糙集技术探索促进产业发展的最优金融结构,结果表明广东省2008～2009年间金融结构与产业发展的结合效益是无效的,导致无效的主要原因是存差过大且金融总量增大时金融资源利用效率低。 For the efficiency e trial development in the process of valuation of combination of financial structure and indus-upgrading the industrial structure in Guangdong Province in recent years, Data Envelopment Analysis （ DEA ） is used for efficiency evaluation ; then based on evaluation results, the rough sets technique is used for exploring the optimal finan- cial structure which can promote the development of the industrial structure. The results show that the combination of financial structure and industrial development is ineffective in 2008-2009 in Guangdong Province, moreover, the leading cause of ineffective is that deposit gap is too big and inefficient use of financial resources when financial aggregates have increased.
