摘　　要： 随着海洋安全环境的变化,韩国海洋安全战略也经历了不断调整的过程。冷战后韩国依托美韩军事同盟体系,以建设"大洋海军"为目标,通过防务改革、海军军备发展、地区合作等举措,不断推进和实施海洋安全战略调整,并取得显著成果。不过,由于发展速度过快、对外依赖较重,韩国的海洋安全战略暴露出统筹乏力、发展不均衡、自主能力有限等不足。其海洋安全战略过分依赖美韩同盟体系并倚重军事手段,这对地区安全局势产生了消极影响,对妥善解决中韩海洋权益纠纷埋下了隐患。 ROK＇s strategy for maritime security has experienced constantly adjustment with the changes of marine safety environment.After the end of the Cold War,South Korea relied on US-ROK military alliance system,with the construction of ＂blue-water navy＂ as the core goal,continued to promote and implement the adjustment of strategy for maritime security through many measures such as the implementation of defense reform,development of navy arms,strengthening regional cooperation,and has achieved remarkable results.However,due to the rapid development and heavy dependence on the foreign country,ROK＇s strategy for maritime security also showed some defects,such as lack of overall planning,imbalance of development,limited increasing of the independent ability and so on.ROK＇s strategy for maritime security relies too much on US-ROK alliance system and military means,which caused negative influence to regional security situation,especially planted hidden danger for solving the disputes of marine rights and interests between China and South Korea.
