摘 要: 医学图像三维重建能够为用户提供真实立体感的三维医学图像,在诊断治疗、虚拟手术等方面具有重要的研究和应用价值。通过对医学图像三维重建的相关技术进行研究,得出CT图像三维重建系统功能框架,分析可视化工具VTK实现三维可视化的原理,并就数据导入、滤波、分割、配准、三维绘制等功能进行研究开发,实现CT图像的三维重建。 3D medical image reconstruction can provide users with three-dimensional medical images, which are vivid and look real. Therefore, 3D medical image reconstruction has a significant re- search and application value in many fields, such as diagnosis, treatment, virtual surgery and so on. Focuses on the research on technology related to 3D medical image reconstruction, and aims to design a CT image reconstruction system function framework, to analyze the reason why VTK can achieve the three-dimensional visualization. Moreover, discusses the research and de- velopment of following functions: data import, filtering, segmentation, registration, three-dimen- sional drawing so that a CT image 3D reconstruction system can be achieved.
