摘 要: 探究盐酸副玫瑰苯胺做显色剂时样品的最佳处理方法。每种样品采用六种方法处理后进行测量。结果表明用四氯汞钠做吸收剂测得的结果高于甲醛和水。且室温下,样品中加入四氯汞钠后,微波提取1.5 h与用四氯汞钠直接浸泡4 h测得的结果相当。该方法线性方程为y=0.031 2x+0.001 6,相关系数为R2=0.999 7。测定样品的相对标准偏差在2.5%~3.2%之间,回收率在92%~102%之间。该方法操作简便,重现性好,省时,可用于食品中亚硫酸盐的测定。 In order to find the optima sample pretreatment method of determination of Sulfite in food with pararosaniline hydrochloride,each of the real food samples were pretreated by six methods with pararosaniline hydrochloride.The tested value contents of sulfite in food by mercuric sodium tetrachloride were higher then the other methods.The tested value contents of sulfite in food which was pretreated with mercuric sodium tetrachloride solution and ultra-sonicated for 1.5 h agree fairly well with those obtained by the standard.The regression equation is y=0.031 2x+0.001 6 with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 7.RSD of samples ranged from 2.5% to 3.2%.The recovery is 92%~102%.conclused the method is timesaving and simple.And it has goodrepeatability.
