摘 要: 日本鳗鲡(Anguillajaponica) 的精子在低于或等于精浆渗透压 (≤ 76 6 1kPa)的溶液中不运动 ,在一定渗透压范围内 (10 2 1 4~ 3830 4kPa) ,超过精浆渗透压的溶液可激活精子 .鳗鲡精子在偏碱性的溶液 (pH 7 0~ 8 9)中活力较强 ,酸性 (pH <7 0 )或碱性较强 (pH >8 9)的溶液 ,都将降低精子活力 .被激活后运动一段时间静止下来的精子 ,在人工精浆中孵育后 ,可被重新激活 . Sperm of Anguilla japonica remained immotile when the semen was diluted in NaCl,KCl or glucose solution which isotonic or hypotonic to the seminal plasma.The sperm became motile in media containing NaCl,KCl or glucose if the osmolality was higher than that of the seminal plasma.Sperm acquisition of high motility at pH 7 0 to pH 8 9.Buffers below pH 7 0 or high than pH 8 9 would inhibit sperm motility.The sperm which lost their motility would reactivate motility if incubated with artificial-seminal-plasma for 4~8 hours.
