摘 要: 研制成微型全固态绿激光器。用独特的整体探温技术 ,并把全部元件固化为一个整体 ,从而提高了器件效率、激光输出功率和光束指向稳定性 ,全部采用国产元件以降低器件成本。用 1W国产半导体激光器得到 195 m W的 0 .5 3μm绿激光稳定输出。该器件体积小 ,效率高 。 WT5”BZ]:The miniature solid state green laser has been developed.A special temperature control technique is realized and all elements in the laser are fixed into a whole with epoxy.They increase the laser efficiency,output power and laser beam direction stability.195 mW of CW green laser has been measured from the miniature green laser pumped by 1 W LD.For reducing the cost all the elements used in the devices are made in our country.
