摘 要: 对甚高频 ( UHF)高性能 SAW滤波器干扰模式采用了一种新的处理方法 ,即采用梯形 SAW单元网络与微带组合电路构成 SAW滤波器 ,用微带电路对干扰模式进行抑制。设计过程简洁 ,可采用成熟的 SAW单元电极和叉指参数进行计算机模拟 ,且当所设计的滤波器通带频率和带宽变化时 ,参数调整方便。并成功地用于 914MHz,带宽 17MHz滤波器的设计。 A novel method of rejection spurious mode for high performance UHF SAW filter design is introduced in the paper.The SAW filter is made up of ladder SAW units and microstrip lines.The microstrip lines are used for rejecting spurious modes.The design process is simple and can be simulated by the sophisticated SAW unit electrode and interdigital parameters.The parameters adjustment is very simple when filter center frequency and bandwidth changes.The method is successfully used to SAW filter with center frequency of 914 MHz,bandwidth of 17 MHz.
