摘 要: 通过双螺杆挤出共混的方式制备了玻璃纤维增强聚乳酸复合材料,并采用乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、马来酸酐接枝乙烯辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MAH)、马来酸酐接枝高密度聚乙烯(HDPE-g-MAH)增韧剂对该复合材料进行了增韧改性,系统研究了玻璃纤维添加量、增韧剂用量对复合材料力学性能的影响,并结合扫描电镜等仪器对其增强及增韧改性的机理进行了研究。结果表明:EVA,POE-g-MAH,HDPE-g-MAH不仅改善复合材料的冲击性能,而且所制备的复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度也得到了一定程度的提高;与HDPE-g-MAH相比,EVA与POE-g-MAH对复合材料表现出更佳的增强增韧效果。 Glass fiber reinforced polylactic acid (PLA/GF) composites were prepared via twin-screw extruder, and then the composites were modified by EVA, POE-g-MAH, or HDPE-g-MAH for toughening. The influence of the content of glass fiber and toughening a- gents on the mechanical properties of the composites was systematically studied, and the rein- forcing and toughening mechanism of the composites was also studied via SEM ect. The re- sults show that EVA, POE-g-MAH,HDPE-g-MAH can not only enhance the impact strength of the composites, but also enhance the tensile strength and flexural strength of the composites~ compared with HDPE-g-MAH, EVA and POE-g-MAH show much more signifi- cant reinforcing and toughening effect for the composites.
