摘 要: 用电磁成形工艺成形工件,指导工艺试验一个重要的方面,就是磁压力的分布形式与待成形工件是否匹配。通过改变线圈的结构,可以控制磁压力的分布,进而控制毛坯的变形分布。文章采用松散耦合的方法对组合线圈(两个串连线圈)的电磁成形过程进行研究,分析了结构参数对电磁胀形的影响。给出不同条件下磁压力的时空分布,并对管坯电磁胀形过程进行分析。这对研究线圈结构对磁压力分布的影响,进而实现电磁无模成形具有重要意义。 Matching of magnetic pressure and workpiece profile is an important factor in electromagnetic forming.Magnetic pressure can be controlled by changing coil structure parameters,and then deformation of part can be controlled as well.Loose coupling method was presented to analyze the electromagnetic forming with combination coil in this paper.Effect of coil structure parameters on electromagnetic tube bulging was studied,and time-space distribution of magnetic pressure was given.It is of great importance to further research on electromagnetic dieless forming.
